Binu has an impressive 23-year career in the construction industry, primarily in the Middle East region, where he has collaborated with globally recognized firms for the past 22 years. Holding qualifications as a Civil Engineer and a Master's in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, Binu also stands out with an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence from RICS and is a certified Planning and Scheduling Professional. His diverse professional journey encompasses construction planning, claims, dispute resolution, and project management, collaborating seamlessly with Consultants, Contractors, Engineers, Employers, and Project Managers.

As a specialist in forensic delay analysis, Binu brings extensive experience to the table when evaluating time and cost claims, expertly assessing extension of time, compensable periods, acceleration, and disruption analysis using industry-standard methodologies. His expertise extends to assisting delay and planning experts in international arbitration proceedings, conducting meticulous technical and forensic delay analysis, and preparing expert reports.

Binu's skill set further encompasses project planning, scheduling, contracts management, budgeting, business planning, project control, and monitoring. His project portfolio spans a wide spectrum, including high-rise buildings, mega infrastructure projects, airports, highways, railways, metro rail systems, bridges, tunnels, underpasses, and major utilities and services works, often exceeding multi-billion-dollar valuations.

With a strong foundation in the FIDIC and bespoke forms of contracts prevalent in the Middle East, Binu's technical background equips him with an analytical and result-oriented approach, consistently identifying and implementing effective solutions.
